In the light of rewatching one of my favourite movies, The Incredibles, I decided to do another top 10 post of things I picked up in the film :) So sit back, enjoy, and then go and watch the film yourself! I am almost 100% sure you will love it as much as I do.
1. A family is the best team you're ever going to get.
3. Never look back. There's too much going for you in the future and the present.
4. Who you are matters.
5. Deal with the things that bother you in the past instead of burying them. Otherwise they will come back and bother you again.
6. Things that even look like spiders are still evil.
7. Your wife is gonna be the greatest good you ever get!
8. Different is great!
9. Pull yourself together! Confront your problems instead of moaning about them.
10. A girl will always find the time to stop and check her reflection.
Now you better go and watch the movie! I almost guarantee that you will enjoy it a lot by the end of it. It left me thinking:

Just goes to show that you can learn important life lessons and simple truths from cartoons. My favorites are different is okay, us women are goingto check our reflections,we're the greatest good to men, dealing with your past before it messes up your present and future and that family is the best team.
ReplyDeleteI am glad you like them! I know, sometimes it's surprising how much we can learn from cartoons.
DeleteCool post Olivia - As far as favorite Pixar films, I'm still stuck on Toy Story although I did like Up quite a bit. :)
ReplyDeleteToy Story was a brilliant movie! Up was chill, but it's not as great as some people make it seem...
DeleteThis is still one of my fav's!
ReplyDeleteIt is a good movie!
DeleteI dont really pay attention to which films come from where. Great revew, I love the first one. I could also tell where you got the messages from, like number 5. It was also interesting to see how an event in the movie happened and how you managed to drag a message out of it. Great, fun review. Job well done.
ReplyDeleteThat is understandable. And it's very true about things you try to hide eventually coming back out at some point again.
DeleteThat's a pretty cool post! My favorite are number 3 and 9. Number 6 is the funniest though. You can definitely learn some simple life lessons in cartoon, lol. That's why they're fun to Watch!
ReplyDeleteHehe Number 6 is there because I have a huuuuge phobia against spiders.
DeleteThis is such a cute post, my son and I absolutely love this movie. Girl I can't tell you how many times I've watched this, Frozen, and Despicable me 1 AND 2. Oh and number 6 is definitely true. I used to be afraid of spiders when I was younger, but my mother has a phobia against spiders and made me kill them ALL THE TIME, so now I'm kinda over them lol
ReplyDeleteYeah, there are so many classic kids movies that you can never get tired of xD I don't think I'll ever get over my phobia but it's good that you did :D
Deletelove it!

ReplyDeleteDespicable me is definitely another legendary one!
